The diagram below shows process by which bricks are manufactured for the building industry. Brick manufacturing
The diagram illustrates how to produce bricks in detailed steps in the building industry
At the begining, clay is dug up by a digger , and the final step is delivered it after 5 steps.
At the initial stage , the raw materila which is clay has to be dug up by a digger. The lumps of clay are placed on a metal grid in oder to break up the big chunks into much smaller areas and fall through the metal grid onto a roller is the second stage.Sand and water are added to make a homogenous mixture that will be formed in a mould or cut into smaller brick-shaped pieces by means of a wire cutter.
Those fresh bricks are then kept in a drying oven for at least 24 hours and maxium of 48 hours. The dried bricks are then transferred to a so-called kiln.sort of high temperature oven.First, they are kept at a moderate temperature of 200-1300.This process is followed by cooling down the finished bricks for 48-72 hours in a cooling chamber.Once the bricks have cooled down and done , they will be packaged and delivered to their final destination.
