The graph below shows the number of enquiries received by the Tourist Information Office in one city over a six-month period in 2011.

The given line chart gives information about the number of enquiries that came through three different modes in the Tourist information office from January to till June in the year of 2011.
Overall, It is clear that this office received most of the enquiries through in person and by telephone as compare to by email/ letter.

In the initial month, approximately 430 enquiries brought by individuals in the office and their number had increased up to 800 in March. After this month , this mode became extremely popular and in June 1800 queries received in person. More telephone was used from January to March in comparison of two other ways.The enquiry numbers by this mode remained stable up to 1000 from March to April but rise after that and reached 1600 in June.
Less than 800 enquiries received by email /letter in all the months. After March the number of enquiries had fallen dramatically and only 400 email /letter enquiries got of this office.
