Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to complain about a kitchen equipment I purchased from your shop 3 days before .

I bought a hand blender on 23rd of February 2019 from Jayanagar branch of Big bazar store. It's unfortunate that I didn't get it checked at your customer service booth which I usually do before taking any electrical items home. I have been your customer for a long and due to over confidence on your product, I got carried away.

However, once I reached home and tried using blender, I learnt that it gets stopped after 2-3 minutes of usage. I attempted to use it several times but experienced the same response. In a wake to inform to your store, I called your customer service department and got complaint recorded. I was told that a technician will visit my home and will check for the fault and if it is not repairable, the blender will be replaced with new one.

It has been three days, neither any technician has trained up to check the fault nor have I received any call from your shop for replacement. Due to the delay in fixing the problem, I am facing quite inconvenience in cooking. Hence, I strongly request you to replace this product by today to latest by tomorrow morning.

I look forward for your urgent action to solve the problem. Thanking you in advance.
