You are employed full-time and also doing a part-time evening course. You are not able to continue the course
Dear Sir,
I am writing to demand some changes in the Spanish course that I have registered in this semester. As you aware I am working in the central hospital as a full-time qualified doctor. According to the recent hurricane which is happened in the north of country, my working schedule has altered and I need to move to the mentioned area to cure injured individuals. Despite my severe passion about this class, the sense of philanthropy do not allow me to stay here while I can be more beneficial in the other part of our homeland. Therefore, participating in this course is impossible for me. I would appreciated, if you could deposit my tuition and allow me to take part the same class in the next semester.
I am looking forward to hearing your kind reply.
Sincerely yours
