The pie chart and bar graph provide a data about home based training courses in a big financial company.
Overall it can be seen that the predominant training hours are taken by health and safety courses and that the attitude of the majority of employees is that trainings are important for job.
A total of 30 hours are spent on conducting trainings about health and safety while the hours for career development trainings are two times less than former. Following that, Interpersonal skills trainings accounts for 10 hours , on the other hand, just 5 hours are spent on conducting technical trainings.
With regards to employees attitude to trainings, approximately 85% of secretary staff think that trainings are important and 63% told that it is good excuse for a change. For 63% of managers trainings are good fo networking and approximately 11% thinks that it is Waste of valuable time
