It is evident from the pie chart that most of the complaints are registered by public about the bank of America that is 63% also which is followed by government agencies with the 11 percent of complaints. However, the difference between the complaints that are filed by people of out of state and by insurance companies that is 2%. Moreover, bank employees and media are are registered same number of complaints that is 3% only and 2% complaints are filed by others.
Moving towards bar graph, it is vivid that most of cases investigated and solved in the year 2001 in almost 6 months rather than in 2000 the complaints are investigated and solved within five months approximately. Furthermore, in 2002 the time taken to investigate and resolve the complaints is decreased significantly that is 4 months which is almost same for next two years.
Overall, it can be started that maximum cases filed by public and least by others. However, average time period taken by investigation and solve the cases is around 5 months.
