Dear Sir,
I am writing to complain about the recent purchase of a toaster machine from your shop as it does not work. let me explain to you in detail.
To elucidate I bought a Corona toaster from your electrical shop last Wednesday however when I used it at home it did not work. On a detailed analysis of the problem with one of your online customer representatives, I found that the fuse was broken and needed replacement. Although your online representative assured me over the call that they will schedule a technician visit for the replacement of fuse on Friday however it has been a week and no one has visited. Furthermore, I tried to follow up with your team for an update but let me tell you it has been only false promises and no action.
Lastly, I would request you to take appropriate action against your staff who has failed in the delivery of repair services. Additionally, after a harrowing experience, I can only accept a one to one replacement of the toaster machine as it is still covered under warranty.
I look forward to your response and immediate resolution of my problem.
