Looking to the chart , the process starts at visting test centre and before paying the fee , they have to pass the eye test which bases on completing the application in sequence , orther wise they cannot be qualified to get the driving license.
After paying the fee successfullu , the candidate should pass either the writing test once or pass of those two retaken tests , otherwise they are forced to pay the fee again.Once they pass the writing test or retaken tests , they have to pass the driving test .If they fail to the driving test , the candidates have to do the payment again .
