This given bar chart illustrates information on the annual water use by several factories such as textiles, paper, chemicals, metal, machinery, food and drink and fuel in millions of cubic metres.
There is two ways to use water as public supply and ground water. As for the textiles and fuel industries, they usage 10 millions of cubic metres water in public supply, whilst paper factory use 20 millions of cubic meters water. However, some industries such as metal(90M), machinery(100M), food and drink (190M), and chemicals (240M) are using highest millions of cubic meters water from public supply.
On the contrary, machinery is only industry that depend on public supply water than ground water, it is 10M. Textiles and fuel factories use ground water less than other industries. However, food and drink (110M), paper (190M), metal(240M) water using, but chemicals factories use ground water more than other industries, that is 430M
Overall, chemicals factories are using highest water from public supply and ground water, while other factories such as textiles, paper, metal, food and drink and fuel use ground water than public supply water. Only, machinery industry use water from public supply water than ground water.
