The given three pie charts illustrate the comparisons of proportions between three nutrients including sodium, saturated fats, and added sugar, which are used in the United States and the maximum number of meals may be unsound if they are eaten too much.
Overall, it is clear that, dinner from both sodium and saturated fat, and snacks from added sugar are the maximum waste meals of three food. The least eat up food from three is breakfast.
According to the chart that, breakfast which is less eat up nutrients remained same in all types of meals at 14%, 16%, and 16% respectively. Next, the largest proportion depleted on dinner of which is huge waste compared to other nutrients at 43%. Then , dinner of saturated fat and sugar fall to 37%, and 23% waste respectively.
The other nutrient is snacks. Snacks waste of added sugar is double (42%) compared to saturated fat which is just over a fifth (21%). But, snacks of sodium decline to a minority. After this, all the nutrients waste of lunch showed a cutback from sodium to added sugar at 29%, 26%, and just under a half (19%) respectively.
