Dear Manager,
I am writing to express my heart-felt gratitude to one of your staff for his kindest help when I lost my luggage in the international airport of Brisbane.
I flew from Shanghai to Brisbane for my university education. That was the first day I arrived in Brisbane. I waited behind the luggage collection area for 30 minutes until I found my luggage was lost. I was so anxious because I was not familiar with where to gain support. Fortunately, one of your staff, whose name is Jonh helped me to locate it and found that the luggage was still left in Shanghai for some reasons. Consequently, he arranged to send my luggage to my Brisbane address directly. Because of language barriers, I had problems in expressing my concerns, but he kindly explained how he could help me, which made me feel relaxed. Most importantly, he arranged a taxi for me to drive me to my rent house which I believed he went extra mile for his client.
I am very grateful to his help, so I hope you can help me convey my most cordial thanks for his help.
