Dear Sam,
Hope this email finds you well, I'm just writing to let you know that I am aware of your next plan about travel to Paris but unfortunately, I have to leave Paris to Nancy. As you know, the 12th international gas congress will take pace in Nancy in July 2019 and I have been selected as company's candidate since 2 month ago whereby I have to departure my town when you arrive. Regarding to my house is located in the city center and the high expenses of accommodation in Paris I strongly suggest you to residence in my location. Although it is not a speciose apartment, you will feel more convenient and comfortable than hotels. It consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom that is equipped with hot water and a tiny dining room. Since you are not familiar with this city, you need to stay in a location where metro and bus stations are in availability just like my apartment. If you are going to shop, a central shopping center is established nearby me, recently. It should be emphasized that cost of hotels has dramatically developed particularly during high seasons, staying in my apartment leads to save lots of money.
Enjoy your stay and keep in touch
Best regards
Somi
