The diagram shows how paper is made from trees.
The flowchart beneath proclaims how paper is produced from trees.
Overall, the process have 7 stages. In the beginning the chips are used as a raw material to give output as paper bales and paper rolls.
Firstly, we can see the chips can be formed by logs from the trees or it can be purchased from the market. After this, chips goes to the digester. Digester converts chips into pulp which is washed and then pulp is screened as clean pulp that could be used for two purpose.
Owing to this, primary purpose is to manufacture the pulp bales. Moreover clean pulp goes to the pulp former followed by the pulp drier. From the dried pulp, pulp reel is formed which is then cut in several pieces to form pulp bales.
Furthermore, the secondary purposes to generate paper rolls for printing. For this, the clean pulp is dried first and then passed to the presser where pulp is transformed into paper and then goes to the drier where it finally gives output product as paper rolls.
