To elucidate unfortunately my company closed down its operations in India due to the ongoing slowdown in the telecom market, therefore, all the employees have been asked to leave and the full and final payment to the staff will be made in a few month’s time. Although I have found a new job and the employer has agreed to pay the wages in advance however due to some technical issue with my salary account the payment has not been credit. Hence I would not be able to pay this month’s rent on time.
As you are aware that as a tenant I am adhering to the contract and have been paying the rental in advance however this time I would request an extension till 15th May to make the payment along with the next month’s rent. I hope this arrangement will be acceptable to you and in case if you have any issues please contact me on my cell number.
