The bar chart illustrates Finland and Sweden's percentages of divorce between 2011 and 2015.
In the first glance, it was noticeable that Sweden's divorce rates were higher than Finland's, which were all above 40% except the year of 2015. In 2012, Sweden's percentages of divorce had reached a peak, which was around 50%, while Finland had the least rates, which was only 32%. Furthermore, the percentages of divorcement had gently dipped year by year, which was only left 48% in 2015.
As the chart demonstrates, Finland's divorce rates, on the other hand, had an approximate decrease of 5%. In addition, it had dramatically increased from 32% in 2012 to 39% in 2013, it was the hugest change that with a 7% difference. Not to mention, it had slightly risen in the last two-year period, which was 41% and 42% respectively.
To sum up, it was evident that Sweden had the highest divorce rates since 2011, however, it had lesser than Finland in 2015.
