The world of work is changing rapidly. Working conditions today are not the same as before and people no longer rely on taking one job for life. Discuss the possible causes for these changes and give your suggestion for how people should prepare for work in the future.
In today’s world, it can be seen that working environment has become changed speedily in last decades, as well as most of the people do not want to spend time with only one job.
Firstly, there are so many reasons of not satisfying with one job specially among youngsters. For instance, working environment, less satisfaction, low income and rapid changes in technology but, most of the population are still working deliberately with one organization on account of inadequacy of knowledge and education.
Secondly, most of the people is being changed there jobs to grow their career by evaluating of organization’s technology that eventually helpful for their future, meanwhile experienced and educated people always prefer to work in a good environment with attractive compensation benefits While, rest of the people work in a comfort zone whether they are highly paid or not.
Thirdly, the most noticeable thing was found relating to changing job is carelessness, worst attitude, work over load, irrelevant responsibilities and not being loyal with employees. In such cases, specially youngsters keep searching jobs until satisfaction. In contrast, in 3rd world countries, most of the organizations treat all employees under one scale as well as not to pay compensation accordingly.
Fourthly, it’s required for every youngster to complete their education before starting job and keep on looking forward until satisfaction but excessive of changing of job would be detriment for the future. On the other hand, it is a moot point that private and government sectors should form the criteria of evaluating employee strength and weaknesses to provide them training accordingly, Indeed, they will contribute to reach organization at a peak.
In conclusion, it is dire necessity to experienced different organization for exposure at the beginning of career, but rapidly switching could harmful for career.
