Dear Charles
It has been a long time since we had written to each other. Finally, I gathered courage to put pen to paper. Hope this letter find you in good health.
My company has shortlisted me to work at client site and you would be glad to know that I would d be coming to your city in the first week of June. I am really excited about this and I need your help in browsing suitable accommodation for me.
The official work location is near to Down Town lake, so I would prefer staying nearby. It would help me in saving time and transportation expenses. In which part of city are you staying with your family?
Regarding the property priorities, I am seeking a furnished apartment having all the kitchen setup. Apart from this, room with private bathroom will be my requirement. I develop some breathing problem whenever there is smoke or dust is nearby, so strictly no smoking zone around that area. And, it would be better if WI-FI is already installed, as I am having an option of working from home.
I am sure you will find decent apartment for me and I can not wait to seeing you soon.
Best Regards
Hary
