The pie charts show the results of a survey conducted by a university on the opinion of full time and part time students about its services
The pie charts demonstrate the result of a research which was conducted by a university on the level of full-time and part-time student’s satisfaction of their services.
Overall, there were more positive feedback from full-time students compared to part-time counterparts. Another interesting point is that all students tend to more satisfied with current opening hours than IT support offered.
Looking at details, with It support offered, near half of full-time students said that they were very happy with this services compared to one-fifth of part-time students. By contrast, this figure for part-time students who not satisfied with IT support offered soared dramatically, made up the largest proportion at 45% which was three times higher than full-time student’s figure. The percentage of people quite happy with this services is similar between two student groups, at 35% and 31%, respectively.
As regard of current opening hours, the proportion of student completely satisfied contributed the major part, at 87% of full-time student and at 72% of part-time students. This figure for part-time students who quite happy is nearly twice as high as full-time students, at 21% and 12% in turn. Meanwhile, the number of students not pleased with this service at all in both two student groups dropped remarkably to negligible figure, at 5% and 1% respectively.
