suggest an award that would be appropriate for this person
Dear sir/madam,
I am Harry martin, local resident of Greenwich Avenue. this morning, I read in your newspaper about your award ceremony for the most responsible citizen of the society. I am writing this letter to suggest you the name of most eligible person for this award and the prize suitable for him.
First of all , I think that one of our neighbor, Mr. Johnson deserves this award more than anybody else. Let me explain you his act of bravery in detail, last year there was a fire in near by school and this person put his life in danger and saved the life of thirteen children who were stuck inside the classrooms. His prompt action and act of bravery has brought happiness and joy in many families who could have lost their children due to that unexpected mishappening. His great deed was not acknowledged by any authority until now and it would be really great if you do it so. It will give him courage and motivation to help the needy people in future also.
He is not so financially sound, he is a retired school teacher and he totally depends on pension for his living. Offering him a monetary support or a medical insurance for him and his wife would be the great award for him.
I think you will consider my suggestion seriously and give this award to most deserving candidate.
Yours sincerely
Harry Martin
