Dear Mr. Joseph,
I am writing in reference to the inconvenience I am encountering for the last couple of days due to the leakage of the lavatory water supply. I am badly needed immediate attention of you in that issue.
As you know, severe gusts and squalls owing to cyclone 'Fani' leave the coastal area a wreaked havoc. Unfortunately, our residential area, Cox's Bazar Model City, has suffered the most. To make the matter worse, our building and adjacent to have affected the most. As a consequence, the overhead tank, which is located just on the rooftop of the washroom of my master-bed is leaking continuously and there are several other visible seepages as well. Owing to that, the washroom is almost always remained wet and slippery. On top of that, if it remains unrepaired, it might cause a severe collapse of the complete utility system.
Therefore, I would like to request you to take an urgent step to resolve the issue as early as possible to minimize the risk of further damage. If you permit, I would call our regular plumber to fix it and will adjust the bill with the rent of next month.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
A T M Jakir Alam
