You are looking for a house. Write a letter to house agent describing.
1 When you want to move in
2 why you are moving
3 Your family and type of accommodation you are looking for.
Dear Mr Paul,
My name is Pallvi Singla. I have been writing this letter to describe you about our choice of home that we are looking for.
Me and my husband wanted to move in the beginning of the following month including our two children. We had already sold our current residency to another family. Therefore, we have to vacant the house by the end of this month.
Fortunately, my husband got a new job at civic hospital in Brampton and our recent place is two hours drive from his future job. So, it will be hard for him to commute four hours daily. Finally, we decided to locate near by.
For now, We have been looking for a two bedroom house around the hospital with garage. A place around the garden and a kinder garden is most preferable. Although, it will be great if is near the city centre. You can contact us at your earliest convenience with the options of homes. We are looking forward for the reply.
Yours sincerely,
Pallvi Singla
