The diagram explains a way in which chocolate is manufactured. Overall, the process consists of ten stages from the beginning of cacao tree and ending up with the culmination of the product.
To begin, the cocoa comes from cacao tree which is grown in South America, Africa and the country of Indonesia. It has pods and when the pods are ripen it is ready for harvest. Then white cocoa beans will undergo to fermentation. After that beans were need to spread and it has to dry by the help of the sun. Next is, it has to put into a large sack and delivered the dry beans to the factory using the train or lorry for transportation.
In the next stage, beans were roasted in heating area with the temperature of 350 degree Celsius. Following this the beans needs to crushed to removed the outer shell. In the last stage the inner part is pressed and the chocolate is produced.
