Turning to the remaining sectors, we can see that the most popular sports between girls were athletics, net ball and swimming. The figure for girls playing net ball was 25%, which is twenty-five times as many as the number of boys. Girls which chose swimming accounted for nearly 24% while boys only made up 12%. The number of girls took part in athletics was a little bit higher than that of boys, with the gap of about 2%.
