Initially, direct queries started from above 400 which were 300 less than those enquiries which were done through letter. Between february and march, they intersected with each other at 700 but afterwards, face to face enquiries sky rocketed and become 1900 ,while letter queries gradually declined and reached upto below 400.
Analysing further, on january, telephone enquiries were approximately 850 which were fluctuated and become 1000 on third month which were coeval as on april. After 2 months, its range elevated to 1400 which were little bit less than the figure of direct queries.
Overall, it is palpable that face to face enquiries made the maximum enquiries, whereas the letter queries accounted for the least number than that of the rest.
