Dear Sir,
I am a patron of your store. I am writing this letter to lodge my complaint regarding the problems I am facing with the laptop; I have purchased from your shop.
One month back, I acquired a laptop from Dell company. Which now creating several issues. The primary issue is while purchasing I have told you that I work from home; therefore I need good camera quality. As per your commitment, it has a 34-megapixel lens and 10 times zoom-in feature, unfortunately, the quality of the video is so poor- that it sometimes make difficult for me to interact with my customers and boss in a video conference meeting. The second challenge is, the screen suddenly gets blur or turn off. Apart from this, the audio speaker of the laptop is popping.
All these issues have dimmed my reputation as well as my hard work in front of my clients as well as my seniors. Moreover, I have almost lost not just their trust; but also my job. Before things get even worse, I demand its replacement at the earliest. I hope you understand the graveness of the situation
Anticipating my problem will be reconciled soon.
Yours Faithfully
Joe Pepper
