Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Gunjan Pratap and I stayed at your hotel at 26th and 27th December in room number 107. During my visit to Delhi , my company booked your esteemed hotel for stay but rather than having the experience of luxury suite , it was quite cumbersome for me as the thermostat of my room was not working.
I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 AM in the morning and the reception gave me the keys of my room. After getting fresh I started feeling a bit cold in the room, initially I though the setting for thermostat might be wrong therefore I tried to rectify it but it was in vain. Then, I contacted the room service, they assured me that someone is coming to check the issue but no one came for two hours. I had to rush to a meeting and before going out I asked to repair the thermostat but even after my arrival late night the issue was still there and worsen over the time.
I was tired therefore I put on some extra clothes and slept under the blanket. Next morning again i ran through the same procedure and this time an electrician came to repair the thermostat but even he was not able to fix it and asked to me to was it as he will get help. But it all ended in a false promise and the issue was never corrected.
Such actions does not suit your name as you are among the top hotel chains and should prioritize on customers. I would like to have my refund for the problems that I faced along with that I need you take action again the room service and your staff responsible for electricity.
