The bar charts illustrates the average years of schooling and the rate of scientists and technicians and the amount of money that spend on the research and development in developing and industrialised countries in the years 1980 and 1990. Overall, as it can be seen, the industrialised countries expenditure on all aspects were more than the developing countries.
As is given in the charts, in 1980, the mean years of schooling was about 2.5 and 8.5 years for developing and industrialised countries, respectively. While, after one decade, the development countries reached approximately 3 and the other category stood on a little more than 10 years. The scientists and technicians people in developing countries initialized by 10000 in 1980 and achieved around 18000 in the year 1990. On the other hand, the industrial countries started by roughly 45 thousand people and reached around 70000 scientists and techinicians. Finally, the cost of research and development in the developing countries was about 50 billion dollars in 1980 and plunged to around 20 billion in 1990. In contrast, this number increased from approximately 160 billion dollars to almost 350 billion dollars in 10 years.
