Dear Sam,
Hope, you are doing well.
I received your letter seeking advice regarding the best option between college and a job. As you know, I have experience of going to college; I think it’s just a waste of time. I’d recommend you to look for a job instead, for better and productive use of your time.
As a matter of fact, I have seen you more interested in practical knowledge than bookish and attending a college will only get you more bookish knowledge which you might not enjoy at all. I am not saying that bookish knowledge isn’t necessary but practical knowledge is way better than this. Moreover, looking at the financial condition of your family, you must get a job to support them instead of spending your little savings on the expensive graduation course which you cannot afford at this time.
As you have always been interested in computer programming and ethical hacking, I am sure that you will get a wonderful job in this field with excellent pay. As a matter of fact, I can even arrange a few interviews for you, if you are interested.
Let me know. I will be looking forward to your reply.
Best regards,
Sumit
