overall, as can be seen, the tendency of enquiry numbers given by means of people and telephone increased, whereas, the number of those sent by letter or email observed the downward trend.
in January, the number of enquiries which was sent in person was smaller than those given by letter of email, around more than 400 and 700. during the same period, enquiry numbers sent by telephone over double those applied in person about 900. 2 months later, telephone and people attendance had a significant rise to 1000 and 800 respectively, by contrast, the number of people applied by letter or email were still unchanged.
in the next month, while the number of people sent enquiries by their own to the tourist information exceeded those sent by phone and peaked at over 9000 in June. meanwhile, the figure for enquiries applied by phone just stayed remained at 1000 and reached the highest point at 1600 in June. at the same time, the people numbers sent by letter of email had a dramatic fall at just under 400.
