Essay topics:

The best way for a society to prepare its young people for leadership in the government, industry, or other fields is by instilling in them a sense of cooperation, not competition.

Development of society is depends on one who rules it. Leader has the capacity to change anything in that society. The arguement "The best way to prelare young people for leadership is by instilling in them a sense of cooperation instead of competition" is true.

For instance, during world war 2 , in India, society has choosen leaders like Mahatma Gandhi, Subash Chandra Bose, and some others. We have heard from our history that above mentioned leaders had served the nation without expecting anything from it and with cooperation with people. If a leader is cooperative, then he or she is ready to listen to people concerns or ideas about the development of society, whereas if the leader thinks that he is in a competition, then society will not be developed, instead leader will be improved in all means.

The people in the leader position should not think about profits to him. He has to think about in what way he can bring profit to the society. For example, consider teacher in the school. If a teacher thinks that there is a competition amongst other teachers in that school, then he or she thinks about how I have to be in the topmost position. But if the teachers are doing their job in the effective way by interacting with students with love and affection, automatically they will be the best teacher amongst all.

In a society, the normal people doesnot have the power the leader has. So leader can do anything with his powers. Once he starts interacting with the people in the society, he will come to know about their problems. In this way he can build and strong society. Hence, leadership qualities are love, affection, an many more except competition.
