Dir Sir,
I am writing to respond to the letter which I received from your company two days ago, asking about my feedback for my latest flight.
First of all, the reason I chose your airline company for that flight was because of my tiredness and disappointment about Vietjet Air, my regular choice, for their frequent delay. Thus, I decided to try a new airline firm which was yours.
Secondly, the flight was amazing and I was completely satisfied. The plane took off and landed smoothly, so airsick people like me would feel much more comfortable. Moreovers, the most interesting service that totally convince me to choose your company for my future flights was that the free wifi access. With it, I could enjoy some music or video clips which help me relax during on-board time.
Although everything seems perfect, I still have a recommendation of the food menu. In my opinon, the dishes should be varied more widely instead of only five options on the menu, especially for long-hour flights.
Your faithfully,
Ken Tran
