Now a days we are dealing with different type project, this course is all about managing multiple type of project. It will give insight about how to handle the complex project through different techniques.
The main purpose for this course is that it will teach different technique to use at workplace environment for the better performance which will be beneficial for the company. Not only that it will also enhance the managerial skill of an individual.
It is a two month course, with one class in a week. The class will be on every Thursday starting at 5:30 pm so it will be suitable for me to leave the office at 5:00 pm so that i can reach on time.
