Nowadays, it is increasingly more difficult to maintain the right balance between work and other aspects of one’s life, such as leisure time with family members. How important do you think is this balance? Why do people find it hard to achieve?
Obviously, whether it is increasingly more difficult to keep up the right balance between work and other aspects of one’s life or not has become a focus of controversies and public attention. An increasing number of people do have much faith in that is easy to maintain those balance. However, I still consider that is extremely challenge to maintain the work-life balance due to the fact that the heavy burdens on young people, who should work hard to make a living. Additionally, A sense of accomplishment and fulfillment would be generated from work, which can realize one’s own value.
Most importantly, one must recognize that young generation need to work more harder than the earlier ones, which means that they have more pressure from their jobs. A research has revealed that the people with working pressure are 80% more likely to meet their career goals. Despite the drawbacks brought by pressure from work. I still reckon that its advantages overcome its shortcomings.
It should also be emphasized that work is how we defined us and it is way for us to get our achievement.. Due to sense of honor, we are more likely<span class="hiddenGrammarError" pre="likely "></span> pushed from the daily tasks. Based on my experience, I will finish work and make my goal in my job if I feel happy and satisfy with my outcome if I keep working.
So my opinion is clear that is difficult to maintain the proper balance between work and life. To say otherwise is to deny the simple facts that elaborated above young individuals are expected to work harder to have an average life than before, as well as we all need work to achieve our goals.
