You stayed at a hotel recently and forgot your clothes there. Write a letter to the hotel manager and say
– When and where did you stay?
– Describe your clothes.
– What would you like the manager to do about it?
Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I am Prabhjot an events manager in Tata Consultancy Services. I had one day visit at Gurgon last Sunday on 1st September, owing to the client meeting and I stayed at room number A001 in your renowned hotel. I am writing this to request favour to find the clothes that I mistakenly forgot in that very room.
On the next day of my checkout, I was in a hurry to board my flight back to Punjab because of which I left my jacket and scarf in the room. For your information, the forgotten attires include a black denim Tommy Hilfiger's jacket of medium size and multi-coloured VeroModa scarf. I clearly remember that I had put them on the chair as there was no space left in my bag. However, while leaving I completely forgot to take them.
Therefore, I urge you to ask your cleaning staff to look for my belongings. These clothes are very valuable as they were gifted to me by my father. So I request you to courier them to my address which I have mentioned on the entry register. I am also willing to pay the expenses.
Thank you in advance for your help, and I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.
Yours sincerely,
Prabh
