Dear Mr Jones,
Yesterday I obtained your letter of complaint about the noise from my house. I must admit that the sound of music was excessively loud, but there are some reasons for it.
My daughter convinced both me and my wife to leave home for five hours, so that she could invite her classmates. We agreed to her, since it was her eighteenth birthday and wanted to do something special for her. However, according to my daughter, her friends soon got bored, so they decided to bring powerful speakers from their college. Therefore, while we were spending time in another place, they enabled the musical center, which created so much noise. Of course, I would have not allowed them to do it, if I had been initially aware of their decision.
In this letter, I would like to bring my apologize to you for causing so much inconvenience that day. In addition, I promise you to better check my daughter on such occasions. If there is anything else I can do for you, please let me know by phoning on the following number 87001444413.
Yours sincerely,
Tolegen
