You cannot go to a company where you got an offer. Write a letter to the HR supervisor to
1- Explain the reason why you decline the offer
2- Express you gratitude
3- Explain you like your current job very much
Dear Sir,
I am writing in reference to inform you that I won’t be able to join your esteemed organization. Allow me to explain the reason in detail.
To elucidate, although the role offered to me was much senior however the job scope covered only domestic market which I believe would give me limited exposure. Additionally the role provides limited customer interactions which will further reduce the customer facing experience.
Having said this, I would like to personally thank your recruitment staff since they were very helpful and patient during this entire recruiting process.
Lastly, my current job offers me international exposure and plethora of travelling opportunities which help me in acquiring more knowledge and a deep understanding about handling customers in international environment. Above all in my current organization there are many cross-vertical opportunities in emerging technologies like cyber security for which I may be considered in the near future so I would like to have to decline your offer at this stage.
Yours sincerely
Kevin Saud
