Firstly, the article demonstrates doctors can exploit from cost-efficiency superiority while the lecturer argues that the cost of paper works are meager. More than that, because of the authority's laws, doctors must have paper documents of the patients that are contained the patient's signature.

Moreover, the article believes electronic data will prevent hand-writing errors while the professor illustrates that it will not happens. The professor suggests that electronic data usually are assembled by employees; therefore, doctors will not abandon papers.

Last but not the least, the article shows researches could be benefited by accessing vast numbers pieces of data. Nonetheless, the lecturer believes that due the privacy law which prohibits any usage of personal data of patients without their permission, researchers could not access data easily. Consequently, they have to go through a complex path to reach data that they require.
