A large company in your area has decided to spend a certain amount of money, either to sponsor a local children’s sports team for two years, or to pay for two open-air concerts. It has asked for feedback from the general public.
Write a letter to the company. In your letter
• Describe he benefits of sponsoring the sport team
• Summarise the benefits of paying for the concerts
• Say how you think the company should spend the money
Dear sir or madam
I am writing this letter to express my appreciation about your great decision on devoting money for improving our neighbourhood satisfaction. I believe that, due to these kinds of activities other companies will be encourage to doing something like these too. You know that in this part of city the rate of young people is more than older and they need to do some Sports in their leisure time. It is obvious that is not only playing sport help them to be healthier and more practical but also it helps them to avoid of some narcotic materials which are destroyed them. Moreover, if you accept to pay the expense in some sports such as football, of course they follow them with more attention, and I am sure that after a while they can obtain the first place of local champions. They can improve their skills and talents and continue their career as a professional sportsman in our national team. On the other hand, by holding some amazing and exciting programs such as concert the rate of fun and satisfaction will be growth among the citizenry. I mean that by observing open-air concert in public area all people poor and rich, young and old, men and women, can enjoy it and they find their self in equal level by others. In addition, scientists believe that if in some area people feel more happiness and good luck, they will commit less crime. Therefore, allocated certain budget on open-air concerts can help us to have healthier and happier Society.
I prefer you can organise one charity organisation and on that office your staff can handle these programs by your money and even many other rich people donations.
I would be grateful if you continue this way for a long time. If you need more information or any helps please feel free and send me email on a.m.nazaripoor@gmail.com or call me on 09123456789.
Yours Faithfully,
