Dear Sam,
How are you Sam? How are you doing? As per our previous conversation you said you are going to visit me and my city for the holiday in the 2nd week of August.
You are coming o Leeds for the first time. You and your family is new to the united Kingdom. I will come to pick you up from the Manchester Airport. Please inform me about the arrival time of your flight, I will plan out accordingly. This is your first visit to United Kingdom, I have planned that you all will stay with me for the 3 days till that time my wife will show you and your family nearby area and after that in the weekend we will go to London and I have done the train booking and hotel booking for our stay. I have done the booking for all the major attractions like London Eye, Madam Tussad’s and boat ride to see the London bridge and surrounding view at night.
Here it is summer but you and your family is not very used to breezy cold weather of united kingdom, so I will suggest you to buy a good pair of jackets and pullovers. Intermittent showers are specialty of U.k weather so come prepared with the shower resistant jackets as well. Please inform me your flight details as soon as it gets confirmed and gate number for your arrival at Manchester Airport.
Looking forward to see you all and all the fun that we will have together. If any doubt do write me or give me a ring.
Yours Lovingly
