• explain how this problem is affecting your work
• say what you want the shop or company to do
Write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Sir or Madam,
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to complain about the WIFI router I purchased from your company a few months ago. Unfortunately, it suddenly stopped working and my office work is getting affected with this issue. I am hoping for the immediate replacement of the same.
Although, the NETGEAR A 50 was working properly for 1 month from the date I purchased from your company but for last 2 day it is causing some issue as it stops working in between and again I have to restart the router.
I work from home as a freelancer and my work involves uninterrupted internet connection. I have several ongoing projects which have to be completed within the deadline in order to maintain the client base. Since my work is totally dependent on internet, due to the issues with the WIFI router I am unable to complete my project with in the stipulated time frame and it will affect the organisation.
I suggest to either repair the router in next two days or replace it with the new product.
I hope to hearing from you soon.
Yours sincerely
Prabhpreet Kaur
