Dear Mr. Ma
Thank you for your kindly teaching and help in the past 4 years. I am writing this letter with regards to a reference letter which is needed for my job hunting.
I am now applying for a position of project manager in a company called NTT communications. The main duty of the job is to manage the international operation of their cloud services, and execute the projects in the data centers all in China, Japan, Europe as well as America.
My old brother also works in NTT and he recommended that the people there are so nice, and it is a good place to accumulate experience in the field of cloud service. As I am interested in this field for quite a long time and would like to work in Japan, I really hope I can be a member of NTT communications. A recommendation is necessary for applying the job. I appreciate it a lot if you could provide me with a letter of reference. My experience of studying as an exchange student in Japan, knowledge background in cloud services, language ability can be described in the letter.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
Ingrid
