Universities should accept equal number of male and female student in every subject. To what extent di yiu agree or disagree ?
The education system has been shown tremendous change regarding the admission of male and female students. Some assert that there should be equal number of male and female in every subject. In my perception, number can not judge any substandard ,it has been and in relation to this are discussed in the following paragraph
To begin with,of late, it has been seen that youngsters choose course and subjects as according to their penchants. Regardless to the difficulty, students are more concerned about the end result. University have no role in setting the paradigm of sex ratio. There are certain amount of vacant seats that has to be filled as according to the academics. Consequently,it might be male or female. Facts and figures show that the difference in the sense of interest. For an illustration, civil engineering is considered as male dominating course because there are surplus males and very few females. It is solely depends on the students which course he/she should choose.
Moving further, the transparency and equality must be the prime factor for every university and these parameters play a pivotal role. A university should show equality regarding the student irrespective to the sex. The deserving students may be male or female.Co-education is undoubtedly important however fixing the number is not a logical perspective. There are certain course which are taken by males or females only. For an example, Fashion designing is mostly opted by families. So a paradigm must be maintained.
To recapitulate, I would like to say that defining number is not an option and university must give chance to scholars.
