Dear Sir,
I am writing a letter to take into your kind consideration that I couldn’t able to take my flight to France on Wednesday night due to issues highlighted below.
I left my house at 10 o clock considering 60 minutes before the scheduled departure and reached the entrance gate of the airport at around 10:20 where I have to wait for approximately over 30 minutes because of the long queue out there. In addition to that, I have been asked by the immigration officers to wait for another 20 minutes in the airport lounge as they would like to check the authenticity of my visa through the central control system which was running slowly due to internet speed.
Once I reach the airline’s counter, the boarding time was over, and I didn’t get the boarding pass to fly to France for a business deal. This caused me a huge financial loss as I was due to present my company’s proposal for a Giga project, but it has assigned to one of my competitors despite my lower billing rate.
Considering the above-mentioned scenario, I would request you to please refund my full ticket as I am already bearing a hefty lose while not reaching to France to present my company’s proposal for a prestigious project.
