Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant
The pie charts illustrates the yearly expenditure by a particular school in United Kingdom for the year 1981,1991 and 2001.
Overall, it is immediately apparent from the charts that the highest amount was spent on Teachers' salaries.
To begin, the maximum amount was spent on teachers' salaries as shown by the large slice. In 1991,it is accounted as half of the total expenditure followed by the year 2001(4.5 out of ten)and in the 1981 it was 40% of annual spending. Interestingly, the totalling of resources and furniture was tantamount to the combined expenditure of insurance and workers salaries in the year 1981 and 1991 as registered 30% and 25% respectively.
Moving further,in the year 2001,the remaining percentage were shared by the highest furniture and equipment(2.3 out of ten) followed by other workers salaries (1.5 out of ten) and less than 10% were registered by resources(0.9 out of ten) and insurance(0.8 out of ten). In the end,it is understood that teachers' salaries constituted the largest cost.
