Dear Mike,
I'm so excited to let you know that I am moving to your city Sydney next month. Now it won't be too difficult for both of us to see each other too often.
Mike! as it's been 3 months for you to live in that metropolitan city and now I hope you must be aware of almost everything from metro routes to city streets. Can you do me favor? I'm looking for accommodation near Bundi beach, as it is pretty closed from my workplace and a posh area as well. Could you please tell me the effective ways to look for accommodation and best suburbs to live around Bundi beach.
One more thing, I can't afford much at the moment, so I'm looking for shared accommodation or a granny flat. Because I'm not bringing anything with me, so the house must have a heating and cooling system installed in there.
Hey! I forgot to tell you one thing. I have bought a full year membership of Glenorchy Badminton Club for both of us. It will remind us the precious time that we had in school. Not only this, but I also bought a four-wheel drive truck; we could go on a off-road long drive on holidays.
I can't wait to see you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Jay Cutler
