The company you’re working offers funds and required things to the groups of local community every year. Write a letter to the director of your company to recommend a group in your local community which deserves help.
In your letter, you should:
• describle what the group is
• say how your company funds can help them
• explain why helping them is a good idea.
Dear Sir,
My name is Mona Kapadia, and I am writing this letter to recommend a local community group of my area, who helps underprivileged children. The name of the local community group is “Talent Group”, and they help children who have a flair in sports. In the past, this group has supported many children’s team by sponsoring fees for the coach, providing sports equipment’s and clothing.
Currently, they are supporting a group of slum children who are passionate about Cricket. These children till date, have won 3 local Cricket accolades and are now practicing for Ranji Trophy 2019. Our funds will help them to hire a professional coach, who will help them to sharpen their skills and elevate their chances of winning the Ranji Trophy. Additionally, with the funds they can also purchase better quality Cricket gears that are used by professional players.
I think it would be great opportunity for us to advertise and create awareness of our products range, if our company decides to offer funds to the “Talent Group”. As you are aware, Cricket in India is not a game but a religion, and many local enthusiasts will come to watch the Ranji Trophy 2019 match in the stadium. We can distribute pamphlets, set up standees and even distribute free samples of our products to the spectators. I am sure that this initiative will increase our products awareness among locals and thereafter increase the sale and revenue of our company.
I hope that the management will consider my recommendation. I await your response.
