As an overall assessment, it is unequivocal that majority of students doing MBA for better job opportunity while employee can hire employer based on personality as well as previous experience.
In the preliminary stage, it is astoundingly that most of the students take MBA course due to better job opportunity in the future but some students only take this course for the ability to help other which is least percentage in the graph. 15% of students doing MBA for personal development and ability to do job better follow this trend. When employee can hire employer at that time they focus on personality as well as past experience, both have same proportion which is 25%. Only 10% of employers hired by employee as a base on qualification while 20% of interviewer consider as appearance and previous experience connection.
