payment and tax exemption of various organizations in the last year.
A glance at the chart reveals that tax paying institutions out number by 9048 more than the institutions that are exempted from paying.
Coming to tax payable art and cultural companies, art performing organizations stood top in payment. With 11,407 institutions which is more than all the other tax paying organizations combined. Interestingly, all the companies in retail art section has to pay tax which stood in second place after art performing organizations. In contrast, companies below 1000 is to pay tax in museum and historical sites etc., Which is least of all.
Then, exemption from tax in historical sites and the ones that exhibit historical artifacts is more with 4,793 institutions. With this number, it occupies the top place in the figures. Secondly, art performing organizations took next place with 914 companies less than museums in tax exemption. Unfortunately, there is no such thing of tax exemption in retail art dealers institution.
