Dear Sam,
I received your letter and i am concerned that you are having a problem at your workplace.
I completely understand the pain you are going through right now as i had been through a similar experience at my office a couple of years ago. Though initially i struggled to deal with the issue, i could finally overcome it with my with my hard work and dedication.
I was working for a client Broadcom solutions at that time. Since i was new to the technology that i was working with, i couldn't complete the assigned tasks withing the timeline. As you can imagine, my boss was furious with me, and gave me a piece of his mind. All is well now and i have picked up very well at my work.
The most important advice that i can give you in this situation is to believe in yourself. Find some time off your work and learn the technology that you are struggling with. Also seek advice from your seniors who know better.
I am sure that you will overcome this little obstacle and become successful. Write back when you have time.
All the best!
Jack
