The investigation results of sampled cross-section of people who were inquired if they took a trip abroad and the reasons for taking the trip from the year 1994 to 1998 is revealed by the table. While, their landings over the given period is shown in the bar chart.
Overall, it was evident that people migrated for diverse purposes (holiday, business, visit to friends and relatives, other reasons). The main reason for commuting was holiday while the least was other reasons. Also, North American was most visited by the people.
The cumulative figure of people that travel with different intents was 22072 in 1994, however, the value declined by 318 after a year, after which the value grew throughout the given year to its highest value of 28,282 in 1998. Holiday being one of the purposes witnessed similar trend, the value decreases by 344 from 1994 to 1995, before progressing rapidly to its peak of 20,700 in 1998.
Conversely, the number of people who travelled to North America in 1994 was slightly below 20,000, the value depreciates minutely in 1995, afterwards, there was a considerable increase to almost 25,000 over the given period . Also, slight variations was noticed in the tour to western Europe and other areas, although, Europe received the least visitors.
